Called a "loaf pan", can be used for baking a variety of things.
At -first, I thought this was a silicone pan, but it's actually a coated metal pan (does not say if it is PTFE-free or not). The lid fits well, and it has 2 end-latches to hold it securely. It also has a center handle for carrying it. It also comes with spatulas, which the direction says is for non-abrasive cleaning of the pan, but you can use them for frosting. Directions say to hand-wash pan.It says it's a loaf pan, but it would be good for baking just about anything. Nice size, too.P.S. The first one I received had a broken lid. I sent it back and they immediately sent me a replacement. Easy return.

The design is great, but it's a bit flimsy
This baking pan measures 17" x 12" and has a ceramic non-stick coating. It also has handles that allow you to carry the pan from your house to others. The lid has 2 locking clips to prevent the lid from coming off while toting it around.The unit is attractive with a seafoam color. It is fairly deep, and the lid is ample as far as clearance and allows a multitude of uses. It is easy to clean, and the ceramic coating works well at preventing food from sticking.I was thinking this was a cookie pan, but it is not. It is more of a baking pan. The lid is a bit flimsy which also means the carrying handles are also a concern. If you use this as a baking dish and cover the finished product and don't us the handles, you should be ok with this set. I like it, even with its limitations, and I recommend it.

Rectangle Baking Pan
I used it for first time today for a cake. Wonderful. I didn’t have to grease and flour it—non-stick surface, it’s wonderful. After cake cooled in pan, lifted it out of pan with two hands. Wonderful!
