Beautiful springform set

Very nice set! I'm really pleased to have a stainless steel springform pan. I have used this kind of pans for years but they were always the no-sticky kind that end up rusting fast.Here I also love the silicone protector that is going to be really useful when working with a wet mix like for the Japanese cheesecake. Before I had to wrap it in aluminum foil.I will update later on when I manage to bake a cake.

A good healthy springform

It was past time to replace my springforms since they had ancient non-stick coatings that had gotten damaged. They probably were not real healthy to use. The one thing I knew I didn't want was one that had a non-stick coating. Because you never really know what's in those. So this is just the ticket. Just a good, basic springform, no coating nonsense to worry about. I can use my own methods for preventing sticking such as buttering, which doesn't introduce chemical hazards.It's easy to use, the included silicone mold is useful when baking things that require a water bath. Or simply as peace of mind in case of leaks. (which I haven't encountered yet) All said it's a great set.

Nice pan, cheap piping tips

I love this pan, and while it doesn't leak the silicone protector offers peace of mind. I do use the silicone pan alone at times and it works just as well. Both of these are easy to clean and fairly non-stick if you use a light coating of oil or butter. It came with a few piping tips and a reusable silicone piping bag as well, but honestly I wouldn't really use the set. The silicone bag is somewhat cheap and is showing signs of wear after just 2 uses. The piping tips are very thin and easily bent. One came damaged, so it doesn't pipe how it's supposed to. I'd rather spend a little money for a better quality set instead. I still think the pan alone is work the value and that's why I'm rating 4 stars.

Great for cheesecake in a water bath.

Not the highest quality, but very functional. The silicone cover keep things dry when cooking cheesecake in a water bath. If that's what you're looking for, it does increase the cooking time by 20-30%. The little decorating tips are a fun bonus.
