Yeah, they’re that good
As other reviews have covered, these are super nice. Well above the typical stamped thin steel we’re accustomed to.We made turkey meatballs and it was the best a baking sheet has ever behaved for the task. The added thickness helped them to cook evenly. Was also easy to clean up with no remaining markings nor staining, which is always a concern with anything light colored for kitchen duty.

Excellent Quality
This is a review of the 3-Pack Blue Ceramic-Coating Baking Sheet Pans, PFOA/PFOS/PTFE-Free Nonstick Cookie Sheet Trays, 0.8mm Thick Heavy Duty, with Diamond Texture, Replacement Toaster Oven Tray for Everyday Baking:Set of three (3) excellent baking sheet pans. There are three different sizes in the set. Easy storage as the pans stack inside of each other. I was looking to upgrade my baking sheets to ceramic coated pans for health reasons, and these are perfect. These pans are heavier than I expected, which indicates they are less likely to warp with use. The insides of the pans is a raised diamond pattern, to help prevent food from sticking. I tend to use unbleached parchment to line baking sheets for things like cookies, but the raised pattern is definitely a plus for cooking foods I would not use parchment paper for.Great set of baking pans, excellent quality.

Heavy duty pans that look nice
This set of baking sheet pans from Spmarkt are durable and pretty heavy. They are made of a thick stainless steel and are have a ceramic coating to reduce sticking. The top sides of the pan are white and have a diamond pattern texture and the bottoms are a sort of pastel blue that also have the diamond pattern. They can be nested and stored stacked on each other and feel like they would last a long time. Even the edges are very thick and this pan will not deform.Rough measurements:LARGE : 18 in. X 13 in.MEDIUM :15.3 in. X 10.9 in.SMALL : 12.8 in. X 9 in.

Super solid ceramic coated baking pans!
I just cannot say enough about these ceramic baking pans. From the unboxing to the first time in use they were absolutely amazing. I love the box they came in, as soon as we picked the box up you could feel some weight on it so you knew these were not going to be cheap hands and they certainly were not. One thing I will say is they are absolutely gorgeous pants, and so far when we have used them which we have already done a handful of times in the last few days they do not have that tenancy to bend like some pans do while they’re in the oven. They have remained nice and flat and have not been disturbed at all by the heat. I would give these 10 stars if I could, and my wife absolutely loves using them for baking.

Heavy, but not quite non-stick, ceramic-coated baking sheets
First, I have to say, I love the look of these sheet pans. My cookie sheets get a LOT of use, and it shows. There are stains on top of the stains. The older ones would have to be sand-blasted to remove the staining. So, a non-stick, non-toxic version? You bet I grabbed these. However nice they might be, they're not perfect. First of all, the listing says the small one can replace the pan in your toaster oven. Well, my toaster oven pan is probably the one with the most, and most permanent staining. So, yay! Couldn't wait to replace it. I sort of measured before ordering, guess-timating the fractions of an inch. But I should have been more exacting because the small pan is a seriously tight fit. I can get it into the Hamilton Beach toaster oven with some effort. Now, the question is, will I ever be able to pull it out again, given the lack of any wiggle room?On to the larger pans. I used the middle sized one to bake some sweet potatoes, which are a staple in this household. And those lovely tiny diamond-shaped indentations in the pan? Well, they're the part that might defeat the non-stick surface. I now have a dime-sized stain in the middle-sized pan that is resisting all my efforts to remove it. It's embedded in that lovely tiny diamond shaped pattern. I have one of those white eraser type sponges sitting on it right now and I hope that it will eventually soak the stain out. But it might not. And using a sour pad would mess up the finish, for sure, so I might just be stuck with a permanent stain on the pan's first run.All that said, I'm happy with the baking sheets, and now that I know their limits, and I know how to use (and not use) them, it should be smoother sailing or, well, baking, from here on.
