Non stick and very easy to clean. The meatloaf lifts out and you can drain all the grease

Nice Loaf Pan Set

When I ordered this set, it wasn't clear to me whether the "2 piece" was referring to one pan and one tray or if it meant I'd receive two of each. It turns out you actually get two of each, which makes the (current) $28 price make more sense.The entire 4-piece set nests perfectly so you really only need to consider storage space as if you had just the one set. Each of the pans feel solid, but the inserts feel a bit flimsy. Considering everything is handwash only, you're going to have to be mindful when handing the inserts while washing them...otherwise you might risk bending them out of shape.One thing that I couldn't help but notice particularly about the two pans is areas with discoloration. From what I can tell, it's actually due to an uneven distribution of the nonstick coating where the steel shows through a bit. Time will tell whether this plays any part in the longevity of the sets or if it will only be an aesthetic factor.

I like them a lot. When I make meatloaf, I pick up by the handles. All the greases stay in pan.

I bought this set to use inside an oval Dutch oven on top of the grill. My wife has been baking sourdough bread lately, so one pan is for her and one is for my Dutch oven when I want to make meatloaf or chicken wings etc on my grill!
