Worked for me perfectly
First time using Pullman pan! I made a perfect GF loaf using this pan. I lightly greased inside pan and lid. The first half baking time I had the lid on, then removed it for the second half. The bread easily came out of pan and was lightly browned on all sides, and cooked through evenly. wowza

New Favorite Bread Pan !!
Perfectly nonstick, lightweight, easy to clean, and the lid slides easily back and forth. I do wish there were a simple latch for the lid, but other than that it’s a must buy for a family size bread pan.

Great Loaf Pan for home bread bakers
Bread Pan works great at creating a full size loaf with even temperature throughout. It was nice to have the additional dough scrapers included, too. It was easy to use and also functioned as a great bread basket after it was baked and sliced. Good value for the money.

Nice kitchen tool to have.
Bread "from scratch" bakes evenly. This is a nice sized bread pan with lid to accompany a 4 flour cup recipe. I like the ballet pink color. It's happy to have some cute colors while baking. I like that the sides of the bread pan are taller than most and that the lid can be put on while cooking to retain more moisture in recipes.The issues don't outweigh the purpose Im using it for, but include that the paint did not spray the edges completely, it's gradient from pink to the black pan in the corners...*The top does not slide off that smoothly or easily, especially when wearing oven mitts and the pan is still hot to check the bread without.* I used extra large parchment paper lining because I don't think that the non stick will last long if the paint job wasn't meticulous, and know most pans last longer this way anyways. The cute ridges may be annoying to scrub if something gets burned.The dough scrapers/tools that came with the pan are too small to use effectively with the larger recipes this pan size is made for. I'm giving them to a kid who likes cooking their own eggs.
